Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your SALSULI soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.

Jewellery items can be susceptible to damage from the effects of chemicals present in perfume, hairspray, make-up, nail polish remover, body oils, sun tan lotion and deodorant, so please take the same care with your SALSULI pieces as we have when creating them for you.

Clean your jewellery carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth; this helps maintain or bring back its shine.

Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewellery cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your jewellery over time. We do not recommend the use of any jewellery polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents.

We are committed to ensuring that our stones and metals are responsibly sourced.

Our approach to sustainability means we hold ourselves accountable for the people we work alongside, the planet we contribute to as well as the products we create. We see it as our duty, both as a business and a community that cares, to play our part in the chain.

We’re not claiming to be a perfectly sustainable jewellery brand, but we are always trying to do better.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

SALSULI jewellery is handcrafted using natural materials and gemstones. As such, it is possible to have slight variations in colour, composition and size of each piece. All our images and photographs have been selected to illustrate the details of each item – for accurate dimensions, please refer to the specific product page.

For any queries about your order or purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to assist as quickly as possible.

Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your purchase to discuss options available for exchange. Do note that many of our pieces cannot be exchanged since they are handmade-to-order. Strictly no exchange or refund on bespoke, custom-made, or those from our Diamond Initial collections.

You may notice that a few of our products are described as "gold filled".

Essentially it is an affordable alternative to solid gold, that surpasses the quality and lifespan of gold-plating significantly. Unlike 'gold-plating', our 14k Gold Filled jewellery contains 5% of solid gold, and is done by a process of heat bonding. The layer of gold is permanently bonded with heat and pressure onto the base metal (usually brass, or sterling silver). Unlike plated or “dipped" metals, Gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% (or 1/20) gold by weight, is hard wearing and with reasonable care it should last as long as solid 14k gold jewellery.

A few of our pieces, for example "Milo", "Tia", "Riley" and Lila", have been selected to be created using our beautiful Section-Cut Diamonds.

Our Master Artisans, with an eye for 'nature's art', choose each section to be cut from a larger diamond, while looking to preserve and enhance the 'natural birthmarks' created when they were formed from the heat and pressure deep within the Earth.

Each is absolutely unique, so you will always know you are investing in something that is special only to you.

It's important to note that, although diamonds are one of the hardest naturally occurring substances, they can also be brittle. Since our Section-Cut Diamonds are intrinsically slim, please take even greater care with your purchase.
