Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Processing Time
Since many of our pieces are bespoke, handmade, or one-off, Processing Time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order to be created. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays for some reason.
Some pieces will be Ready-to-Ship. Please contact us for details about your particular order.
Once Processed, Ready-to-Ship orders will be shipped within 3 business days. All other orders take between 4 and 8 weeks to be shipped.
Domestic and International
Salsuli Designs Pty Ltd ships both domestically and internationally. If you have a question about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us.

On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after three business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We will email you when the order is shipped. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Our full Shipping Policy can be found here.


Since most of our items are handmade, one-off, pieces we cannot offer any refunds or exchange if you change your mind. However, for some items we can offer an exchange if you contact us within 2 business days of receipt of the order. Please contact us at to enquire about exchanges. All exchanges must be for the same or higher value than the original item. If the value of the goods you wish to exchange for is higher than the goods in the existing order, we will require the additional amount to be paid to us, prior to dispatching the goods. If an exchange is requested by you and agreed by us, goods are to be returned in original packaging and sent by an approved, insured, courier delivery at purchasers cost. We cannot exchange the item if it has been altered or damaged in any way. Strictly no returns or exchanges for Custom or Bespoke designs.  Pierced earrings (including studs and earring pendants) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty. Any acceptance by us of your request for an exchange remains subject, at all times, to us receiving the products from you and inspecting the condition of the products. You agree to bear any cost or damage incurred by us if the products (including any packaging) are damaged upon their return to us.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

International customers must use a valid international credit card. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed. We may require further proof of customer identity.

In the event that your Financial Institution cancels or voids the transaction for an order for any reason, Salsuli Design Pty Ltd reserves the right to recover the goods and charge you a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the transaction value.


Sales tax will be charged when applicable.

Please be advised that once an order is confirmed, you cannot make changes to the order online.


Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that their country may impose to take delivery of their order. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by Australian law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise.” 


When you open a account, any personal information provided, such as email and delivery address, phone numbers, birth dates etc, will remain confidential. Our full Privacy Policy can be found here.


No credit card information is stored by SALSULI. No person will ever see your credit card number.
For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details on our records, so you will be required to re-enter these details when you make each purchase.


Our website offers an opt-in newsletter to all registered members. If are not registered as a member, you have the option to opt-in to receive the newsletter. Recipients of the newsletters can choose to opt-out at any time.
